Excellent 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with swimming pool and workshop located in a residential area just a short drive to Partaloa. This fantastic property is located just a few minutes on the edge of the village of Partaloa. It is only a 20 minute walk to the village where all basic amenities can be found. The larger market town of Albox is only a 10 minute drive away where all major shops, supermarkets etc can be found. The beautiful beaches of Almeria are only 30 – 40 minutes away. To the front of the house there is a fully enclosed porch leading to the front door. The front door leads into the lounge with a pellet burner and there are also double patio doors leading out to the pool area. To the right is the raised dining room. To the left is the fully fitted kitchen and a hallway leading to the three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and dressing area, the other 2 bedrooms of the bedrooms overlook the pool. There is air conditioning throughout the property. The garden is low maintenance and is full of mature plants, shrubs and trees. There is also artificial grass next to the pool. The garden is full of mature plants but is also laid out in such a way that it is easy to maintain, there is also a small artificial grass area to the right of the pool. There is a large tiled terrace around the pool which is covered with mosquito nets. At the driveway there is the carport with on the left hand side there are 2 sheds/workshops. The small one is used for storage and where the water tank and water softener are. The larger workshop is also used for storage and is large enough to use as extra living space. A house was very nicely decorated and laid out and located in a very good and quiet location. A viewing is definitely recommended!
