The house is located in a small hamlet with a few other houses and a chapel and a water source. Velez-Rubio has everything to offer such as: shops, supermarkets, shops, banks, medical center, many cozy restaurants and bars. The beaches can be reached in 45-60 minutes. The front door leads into a hall with to the right the very spacious authentic living room / dining room with wooden beams on the ceiling and a large wood burning stove. From the living room there is a spacious double bedroom and the renovated bathroom with shower. From the hall there is access to the fitted kitchen with a wood stove that you can use as a grill / bbq. A staircase from the hall leads to the first floor where there is first a landing and then a hall with access to the other 4 spacious bedrooms. Behind the house there is a small garden / terrace where there is room for table and chairs and to enjoy the beautiful views over the mountains and the valley. Water and electricity are connected.
