This beautiful and unique property is located in the quiet neighborhood known as Barranco Quiles belonging to Oria, 10 minutes from the center of the town where all the amenities and services are located, around 30 minutes from Albox, a large commercial town with a wide range of leisure activities in addition to all the services and amenities and one hour from the beautiful beaches that Almería has. The house has multiple entrances to it, with the heart of it being a beautiful interior patio with which most of the rooms communicate. A large number of terraces offer spectacular views of the valley and mountains with breathtaking landscapes. One of the doors of the house opens to a large kitchen, on the left a music room leads to a laundry room with storage space and access to the outside of the house.Continuing through that room is a bathroom with a corner bathtub that gives access to a beautiful living room which benefits from an electric radiator, pellet stove and access to the outside of the house and the first floor.In this wing of the house and on the first floor there are two good-sized bedrooms, the first with a built-in wardrobe and access to a beautiful terrace with amazing views that it shares with the second bedroom.
