3 Bedroom Country House on a Large Plot. Hidden behind more than 200 productive olive trees we find this generously designed country house. Built in 2004 to modern standards, insulated and with a water barrier so you won't get any damage from rising damp.   On the ground floor we find the living-dining room with open kitchen, two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobe, and a bathroom with bathtub. A fireplace in the living area provides cosy warmth in the cooler seasons. The pre-installation for oil central heating has been done, only radiators and boiler would need to be retrofitted. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room, ideal for washing machine and storage. You can enjoy your breakfast at the bar or take a seat at the dining table. Outside the fenced area the land is planted with olive trees, which last year yielded over 3000kg. In order to shine in full beauty, the house would have to be plastered. The landscaping of the mature garden could also be done.   Salinas is a small village where you can find the most important shopping facilities as well as banks, a pharmacy, a doctor's office, a kindergarten, and a school. The nearest larger town, Sax, is about 5 minutes away by car, the motorway access is about 10 minutes away by car and the town of Elda, where the nearest hospital is located, is about 15 minutes away by car. The sea is about 50 km away. The nearby towns with their historical centres and impressive Castles, which provide an insight into the history of Spain, are also particularly attractive.
